Let's see how far we can get today! I've made a few changes from the things we chose last week to make sure we cover everything, and I put a few of you with a partner (in hopes that you'll be able to crunch through together and then do another page).

At The End of Class

Stop working at 2:30 so you have time to save, backup and share your work

1. Close your work. Please, please DON'T choose Save a Version or Save as Template. Don't. Just close it and follow the prompts to save it on the desk top. (If it doesn't prompt you, don't worry...It's still saved...just DON'T do Version or Template saves, k?)

2. Upload your saved file to your Google Doc account

3. Share this file with my email address (Don't email it to me...Share it. If you don't know the difference, ask your neighbor)

Template: Student Photo Pages

You'll need a Template, photos, and names.
I'll be going over how to build these pages once everyone is set (and there are a couple of good tricks you'll want to know), so download your template, find your page and hold tight

Here is the Template you need:

1. Click on the link. It takes you to a Google Doc
2. Download the Google doc to your desktop
3. Double click to open it or open it from the Pages>File Menu
4. Choose the page you need and delete the others (ask me how if you don't know)
5. When you have finished your work for the day be SURE to save your finished document to your own Google account and share it with me!

Just copy and paste the names in alphabetical order...
but DON'T do a regular Paste!
Instead:
1.Click on the spot where you want the name.
2. Right click (Command Click on Mac) and then choose "Paste and Match Style" so you won't have to fix the font and size!

Welcome to Yearbook. This year's book is awesome and easy, but we don't have much time so Ready!??

First:
You'll need to download these 3 fonts or the Yearbook Template will look funny.
